FernAI is a Strategic AI Consultancy focused on financial attribution from AI investments. The mission of FernAI is to help companies prioritise their use-cases, prove value in pilots and sustainably scale with ROI observability

Gartner has predicted that AI investments will reach $2.5tn in 2026, yet, industry feedback suggests that 80% of AI projects fail to demonstrate material ROI. This creates a $2tn black-hole

From Roadmap Prioritisation to Perpetual Attribution, we help you strategically select the right use cases in Ideation, validate them with Pilot, and track them forever with the FernAI Value Tracking Framework

A Legacy of ROI-First Leadership

Sam Jeremiah, Founder of FernAI, has worked at the intersection of Data & AI for two decades, navigating the shift from “innovation spend” to “business survival”

Having worked intimately with Hyperscalers like Google Cloud & Oracle, and scaled over 150 AI projects, Sam has seen first-hand where the “causality gap” exists

FernAI is the culmination of that experience—a dedicated platform to ensure your AI projects move into the black

Sara Tiron – Causal AI Advisor

Sara Tiron, Causal AI Advisor at FernAI, brings econometric rigour to the question of how AI systems can move beyond correlation toward genuine causal inference. With a Distinction MSc in Political Science and Political Economy and an award-winning BSc in Politics and Economics, Sara has built deep expertise in the empirical methods that underpin credible causal claims. Her consulting experience across financial services shapes a commercial understanding of implementation, ensuring methodological discipline translates into deliverables that withstand scrutiny. At FernAI, Sara’s focus is on closing the causality gap through value attribution, embedding the standards of academic causal inference into AI workflow design to identify which interventions actually drive outcomes rather than merely correlate with them.
